The Service
Pocket Tech (“702 Troubleshooting”) provides remote diagnostic guidance for diesel pickups. For a flat fee of $49 per Diagnostic Review, we analyze the vehicle information, trouble codes, symptoms, photos, videos, and repair history you submit and deliver a structured, vehicle-specific diagnostic plan.
Advisory Nature — Service Disclaimer
All diagnostic plans, testing procedures, and recommendations provided by Pocket Tech are advisory information only. We do not perform repairs, inspect vehicles in person, or guarantee that any diagnostic plan will resolve your concern. You are responsible for performing any tests or repairs safely and in accordance with manufacturer procedures, and for consulting a qualified technician where appropriate. Pocket Tech is not liable for damage, injury, downtime, or losses arising from the use of our diagnostic guidance.
Your Information
You agree that the vehicle information, codes, and media you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share them. More complete submissions produce better diagnostic plans.
Payment & Turnaround
After your intake is reviewed, we send confirmation and payment instructions for your $49 Diagnostic Review. Diagnostic plans are typically delivered within 1–2 business days of receiving a complete submission and completed payment. Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or submit false, unlawful, or infringing content. Pocket Tech may decline any submission that falls outside our scope of diesel troubleshooting services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PocketTechDiagnostics.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
